Mobile Content Awards & Conference

arvato mobile has been short-listed at the Mobile Content Awards & Conference 2008 for the following categories:

•         Best advertising or marketing service campaign- 3D Videogoals
•         Best entertainment and/or information service- 3D Sport Videos


The Mobile Content Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held on June 19th in London. The event covers the latest business models and strategies from content owners, content aggregators, operators, technology companies focusing on consumer content; it will be attended by representatives from the wireless industry, application providers, manufacturers and content providers.


 

 

Mobile Rules! Award

arvato mobile´s flash lite client is finalist at the Mobile Rules! Award. Mobile Rules! is the leading annual competition in the mobile world. The goal of the competition is to search for bright and fresh innovations and business plans that will bring the mobile business to a completely new level. Being a finalist in such a high-level rally is proof of extraordinary creativeness, diligence and  talent.

The organizers of The Mobile Rules! are the world's leading technology and communication brands. The competition gathers together the most promising designers, leading vendors, funders and media in the world.

"Innovation Strategy" at "Best Innovation Award 2007"

arvato mobile SpA has received a silver plaque for its "Innovation Strategy" from the Bocconi University in Milan. The "Best Innovation Award" honours excellent innovational processes in industrial and service-sector companies in Italy.

German Multimedia Award 2007:
arvato mobile got the "German Multimedia Award 2007" (GMMA). The company was awarded first prize in the Interactive TV (i-TV) category for its platform gnab. The GMMA is the leading award for excellent online and offline applications in German-speaking countries and has been presented every year since 1996 as a symbol of innovative concepts and practical implementations in the field of multimedia communications. The event is presented by German Multimedia Congress (GMMC) / MFG Baden-Württemberg and the German Digital Industry Association (BVDW – Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft e.V.).

 

International Advertising Festival, Cannes 2007:
Coca Cola 3D videogoals project, produced by arvato mobile SpA,  has been nominated at the last Cannes Lions 2007 International Advertisting Festival. The project has been sponsored by Coca Cola who offered to its massive number of customers in Spain the chance to get the most important goals of the best Spanish Liga soccer teams on Vodafone mobile devices. The Coca Cola 3D Videogoals Ad got a nomination for the “Use Of Media: Best Use Of Internet/New Media“ category.

 

 

Mobile & Internet TV Awards, Cannes 2007:

On MIPCOM - the world´s audiovisual content market - every year there are the Mobile & Internet TV Awards. The winning titles were chosen by an international grand jury from a total of 32 nominated projects. The Coca Cola 3-D videogoals project received a nomination in the “Best short film originally created or repurposed for mobile" category. It was chosen among over 280 entries from 38 countries submitted by 180 companies.

DCIA Groundbreaker´s Award 2006:
The Distributed Computing Industry Association (DCIA) is a non-profit trade organisation focussed on commercial development of peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing and related distributed computing technologies. In 2006 arvato mobile received the Groundbreaker´s Award for the gnab platform.

 

Mobile Marketing Award, Los Angeles 2006:
In 2006 the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) received submissions from companies across the globe and presented awards to winners in 11 categories. The 3-D Videogoals project was awarded in the category “Best Use of Mobile Marketing Cross-Media Integration” - for the business case of Vodafone 3-D goals for the World Cup. The product was presented through our local partner Mobildreams.
