arvato mobile is convinced that Flash Lite for mobiles counts among the most important new technologies in the mobile applications field.
For this reason arvato mobile has licensed and produced in-house an extensive Flash Lite 1.1-based content portfolio, for example animations which are mainly used as screensavers, themes or standalone applications. All applications are managed and delivered via the Entertainment Platform 2 from arvato mobile. The entire content portfolio is optimised for all terminals on which Flash Lite 1.1 is pre-installed.
However, not only download content can be realised based on Flash Lite. Extensive applications, too, are a user-friendly and innovative alternative to conventional applications and THE future trend in mobile entertainment. Today’s Flash Lite 2-based applications are already capable of processing XML feeds and, with the upcoming Release 3, the integration of Flash videos will already be supported. Currently, arvato mobile is creating applications and portals based on Flash Lite technology.
