arvato mobile has developed a download shop for music and movie content on the Internet for the Versatel Entertainment Portal (entertainment.versatel.de). The shop also has its own client. The customer can order movies and music via the user-friendly interface.
The music catalogue covers over 1.7 million music titles from a wide range of music labels, such as Sony BMG, Warner and EMI and searching for a favourite artist or song is no problem. The film catalogue also has a wide range of 2,600 current blockbusters, classics and series and can be easily sorted according to genre or favourite actor.
The media files can be conveniently downloaded, sorted and played using the integrated client. Versatel customers log on with their Versatel e-mail address and password and can then select the titles or albums they want. The clearly set-out, itemized Versatel bill then charges the customer for the titles purchased.
